The YMCA of Greater Nashua is led by President and CEO Joseph W. Manzoli Jr. and a leadership team with experience in education, wellness, member service, philanthropy and nonprofit operations. Together with our staff and volunteers, they turn our mission into experiences that matter.
Meet Our President and CEO
Joe Manzoli's Y story started the way so many do: as a camper. He began his YMCA career in 1999, joined the YMCA of Greater Nashua in 2008 and served as Chief Operating Officer before becoming President and CEO on September 1, 2026. Having experienced the Y as a kid, Joe knows firsthand how relationships and belonging can shape a life, and that belief guides his leadership.

President and CEO
Joe joined the YMCA of Greater Nashua in 2008 and became President and CEO in September 2026 after serving as Chief Operating Officer. His YMCA experience spans camp, branch leadership and association operations, and he is focused on helping people build meaningful connections.

Cindy McNickle
Chief Financial Officer
Cindy oversees finance, investments and information systems. A CPA with an MBA, she joined the Y in 2020 after finance leadership roles in education and industry. Her work makes sure the Y has the resources to serve our community well.

Jennifer Colangelo
Chief Human Resources Officer
Jennifer joined the Y in 2019 and leads human resources strategy, supporting employee well-being, strong workplace relationships and organizational effectiveness. Her background includes HR roles in financial services and consulting.

Karen Meyer
Chief Experience Officer
Karen brings more than 25 years of software industry experience to her work on the member experience. Her customer-focused background and involvement in local youth sports drive her commitment to listening to members and helping them feel connected.

Lynne Boyer
Vice President of Community Impact
Lynne began at Camp Sargent in 1998 and went on to lead arts and other youth programs. Today she works with community partners and volunteers, and supports health initiatives and marketing that connect people with the Y.

Carlisa Choate
Vice President of Youth Development and Achievement
Carlisa leads youth development, education and program operations, supporting the staff and programs that serve children and families, with an emphasis on strong teams and engaging experiences.

Robin Ducharme
Vice President of Program Innovation and Quality
Robin joined the Y in April 2026 with experience in health, wellness and program management. She focuses on program quality, staff development and new ways to meet community needs.

Michelle Beeny
Vice President of Philanthropy
Michelle joined the Y in August 2026 after nonprofit development work at Gateways Community Services. She brings experience in fundraising, donor relationships, grants and special events to connecting community generosity with the Y's mission.
