Open Swim & Family Swim

Grab your towels. It's pool time.

Open swim at the Nashua and Merrimack YMCAs is recreational time in our indoor pools: no lesson plan, no laps required, just time to splash, play and relax together, all year round.

Make a Splash Together

A rainy Saturday, a snowy afternoon or a summer evening: open swim is one of the easiest ways for families to be active and have fun together. Check the schedule to see which pool areas and features are available during each open swim time.

Keeping Everyone Safe

Our lifeguards and aquatics staff are here to make sure everyone has a great time. Before your visit, review the pool rules, swim test and supervision guidelines. Children's access to deeper areas may depend on their swimming ability. Have a question? Just ask a lifeguard.
