Kids Gymnastics & Tumbling

Flip, roll, balance and grow.

YMCA of Greater Nashua gymnastics classes help preschoolers and school-age kids turn all that climbing and tumbling energy into real skills. Kids build strength, balance and coordination, and the confidence that comes from landing something new.

Classes That Grow with Your Child

Early movement classes help young children try new movements, follow directions and get comfortable learning in a group. Some include a parent or caregiver.

Progressive classes help kids build on what they know, one skill at a time.

Choose the Right Class

Each listing shows the age range, any prerequisites and whether a parent participates. If your child already has gymnastics experience, ask our staff about the best level.

Getting Ready

Check the clothing and arrival instructions for your class. Have a question about whether the class is right for your child? Reach out before the first day, and we're happy to help. If your child loves obstacles more than tumbling, try Ninja!
