SilverSneakers is a fitness program included with many Medicare Advantage and other eligible health plans. If you're eligible, you may be able to use the YMCA of Greater Nashua at no extra cost to you, with access to fitness classes, the gym and a friendly community of active adults.
How to Get Started
Check your eligibility
with SilverSneakers or your health plan. Eligibility depends on your plan, not your age.
Get your SilverSneakers ID
from SilverSneakers or your plan.
Visit any of our Welcome Centers
and we'll help you activate your access and plan your first visit.
Find Your Favorite Class
Try SilverSneakers classes or other programs for active older adults. Each class description tells you the format and activity level. Let your instructor know it's your first time, and they'll help you feel right at home.
Come for Fitness, Stay for Friendship
For many members, a weekly class is also a chance to see familiar faces. Visit Active Older Adults for more fitness, social clubs and events, open to everyone, with or without SilverSneakers.
